Their guards are unprofessional and i done security for 5 years. Majority are afraid of talking to people when their are issues, I am talking about the security at Vintage Faire Mall in Modesto. Housekeepers and employees were afraid of using the restrooms due to 20 people loitering there and causing issues. They called security and they refused to deal with them because they were afraid and told the employees that worked at the mall to just call the cops when security is suppose to be the ones to call PD when their are issues that they cant handle or are afraid of their safety. They just told housekeeping and store employees that its their problem.. Like what?
