Not everyone deserves this rating. Honestly, I have worked with many 5 star people at Supercare, and I honestly don't usually review places, but my goodness, the customer service people are the rudest most dismissive people I have worked with. There was *something* messed up on my son's discharge paperwork somewhere, and no one seems to know what is going on-- and they are super combative when I bring up missing supplies and I have gotten three different supply lists that I am supposedly supposed to receive. I am beyond furious. Give me a straight answer. Pretend that we are starting from scratch and tell me what a trached, vent dependant baby is supposed to have, and I will let you know if we have it.
