Terrible location that took over 35 mins to get my 3 tea drinks. Staff did not make orders based on time placed but prioritized mobile orders leaving in store orders waiting extremely long periods. This caused customers to crowd the pick up area - ex: customers leaning over the clear divider talking over made waiting orders. Gross! When I asked for the women crowding the area to move so I could grab my order, staff did nothing to allow me to get my items in a clean manner. With 5 baristas on staff working, someone should have required customers to wait away from the extremely small pick up window.

Dumb as a doornail consumer land. I brought my own cup. So they: 1 trashed a cup measuring the coffee to put into it 2 trashed another cup just to give me some milk. Sorry I didn't go to "Granola's", the independent coffee shop around the corner. Instead of avoiding trash, they created twice as much. And then the coffee was luke warm.
