We just ordered a fish combo and cheeseburger and my daughter bit into a screw that was in the hamburger patty!!! OMG!! And nobody answered the phone so they could be aware of it.

I've been coming to this McDonald's for months now and it is honestly the slowest location I've ever been to. I stopped ordering food and only get a drink anymore and eat at Del Taco because it can take 20 minutes from ordering to get a simple cheeseburger or nuggets. There is zero concept of triage when it comes to this place. If you see a single drink order, just get it done. If a huge order also has a drink, fill the single first and the large order when their food is actually ready. There is no reason every other order should have to wait because of one large order. Literally had people waiting in the lobby for 20+ minutes for TWO DRINKS. And then I came in after them even though I ordered ONE DRINK on the app and I got mine first after 10 minutes. You need to train this location the art of triage. Hell, there are plenty of hospitals and medical offices around the place you would figure they'd be told something about it by now.
