Very horrible customer service from Victoria. No welcome no questions on why I’m there just gave me a look waiting for me to say something while on her phone. Wanted to pay with Apple Pay and stated she needed my card info even though I was paying Apple Pay ended up paying cash.

This was the third AT&T store that I went to get help my wireless internet that was no longer working. The manager was very helpful and helped me get in touch with the correct department at AT&T and I was able to get my device replaced. I would go there again!
