Im not from San Jose and I just assumed that at 1:25pm Starbucks would be open. I enter through the door, no lights were on, and boxes were all over the ground (someone stocking). The vibe in there was dark and off. A woman looks over and says "Hiiiii we aren't actually open, come back at 1:30pm". Her tone was pathetic just like her and everything about that sketchy location! Drove two minutes down found a Starbucks off of Technology Drive, the vibes and energy compared to this one was like night and day! If you want to grab coffee from some where pathetic this is the location for you!

They were so nice. I had mobile ordered to another just a street away but they obliged my order at no extra charge. Just class!!

This Starbucks has nice and friendly baristas. If you have an issue, let them know. They will make the moment right and try to make your experience better. I want to let everyone know on here, Starbucks is not in charge of the hours here. I would actually get the app because their hours are always accurate on there and they do not handle the hours on Google or Yelp.
