Claim to close up parcel drop off at 5, lock it up at 4:30. Staff will ignore you and won't listen.

They are very unhelpful, packages and mail are delivered late. I had a package put into the wrong parcel locker, went to the post office to let them know and was told they’re too busy too talk🤬. Now I’m don’t have a vintage Christmas gift.

Mail has been delivered Mon-Sat every day for the entire 11 years I've lived at Montevalle.

The lobby stays open for a while after the counters close and they are open on Saturdays. But they don't stay open all night.

I have been waiting for a package since 12/3, when it supposedly arrived in Scotts Valley, and the tracking information now says that the parcel was "picked up by an individual." I live in Santa Cruz. What's going on?

It means they ran out of time that day and the package has gone back to the post office and you will get your package the next day. I had this issue with several packages and finally found out this information from a mail carrier. Hope this helps

Based on my tracking number my packages have arrived at the Scotts Valley Post Office. I was suppose to receive these packages yesterday. Will they be delivered to home today?

They likely were delivered today. If there's an issue, go over to the branch with ID and take it up with the staff.
