Black own. I love this wash house. The owner I belive is a black man. He means business and he appears to play no games. I've only net him once.He keeps the premises clean and he has signs on the outside and inside of the wash house that states information concerning wearing face masks, coughing or sneezing and temperature in English and Spanish. I really like that the washers and dryers are ran by putting money onto cards. I love it and I love it. He receives 10 stars from me and my husband. The washer and dryers are in great condition.

I always have a good experience here. It's Black owned & managed. Mac the manager is really pleasant & hospitable. Plus the machines are coinless, or you can use a smartphone which is great in a pinch.

I like the coin-less operation. It's Black owned & the owner was ver kind. Also one of the patrons there helped me to understand how to use the machines. Which says to me nice neighborhood.Thank you for the positive review. FYI, the manager is the heart and soul of the place - but he is not the owner and this is not a Black-owned business. It is woman-owned though. :) Thank you again, we hope to maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all our customers.
