I bought a 2019 Ford Explorer Platinum edition from you and when I opened the doors the entire instrument clusters, tachometer and speedometer and everything on the dash would light up. Now they don’t. How do I get them to light up again

Michael - I spoke to the team at the dealership and they suggest it might be the dimmer switch has been turned down. However if you try that and it does not solve the problem, Joel and Joseph at the dealership would be happy to try to figure it out of you bring to the dealership. They are both at the dealership tonight (in the sales department) and you can call either of them at 209.669.5200 and let them know what would be a better time of tonight does not work.
