I've been shopping here for over 30 years (I'm still young, lol) and it's definitely the best fabric store in the city and possibly in top 5 for USA. They have a great selection and the customer service is AWESOME. Who replies to a IG DM after 10 pm regarding a promo code issue? They DO. I still shop here although I live closer to NY and ALWAYS visit when I'm home. When I'm in the store, they're always friendly and helpful and as a POC I've only experienced great service. They don't hover but do let you know that they're there if needed. There are so many beautiful fabrics that I could easily spend hours in here.

Such beautiful fabrics! This was my second purchase from online and I'm so enthralled with my purchase. I mistyped my address, but Cole was so helpful and got my fabric to me so quickly! Can't wait to someday see the store in person, but for now, their online presence is enough for me!

Beautiful fabric and always enjoyed shopping there, unfortunately they practice discrimination against shoppers of color. My friend, a black woman, was treated very rudely and largely ignored in favor of the white customers. Being "old school" in business is one thing, being "old school" in the mind hurts the community

Wonderful old school fabric store with loads of couture fabric, and dead stock buttons and trims from NYC. They know their inventory and were able to find just what I needed in just a few minutes 😍
