I think the entire New Orleans is gay friendly. The Spotted Cat is no exception. LGBT-s are all welcome at Spotted Cat as far as I know, and I have frequented it many times.

When i was there they had a lot of different performers. Not sure if there is a resident band. No idea who the owner is. Great music though.
