I felt like cliff really cared to help me . I was recently in an accident and i am kinda cloudy and a little slower then normal. I had to send off some paperwork and different things for my Insurnace . He caught a important mistake I made that would have stopped my package from getting to the right place aswell as stayed after to make sure it was handled . My experience with him and this post office as a whole was professional and I felt like they cared . I wish every experience at every post office would be as good as this was . I was very surprised to see all of the over-grown grass lining the parking area when I arrived (I chose not to show pictures out of respect). There were only 2 employees working during lunch time but it was not busy. The lady was very nice and helpful with my postal needs.

Yes, I can do a change of address online.. and yes it's faster. Handing in a card to clerk or carrier still has to be mailed to processing center vs online is direct.
Yes my mail comes almost 3 weeks later than the it's supposed to get delivered. Sad,sad, because he is new an lazy
Go to the post office or you can do it on their website. It used to cost $1.00 online. Free at the office. I don't know about now, though

I'm not understanding your question. But, the P.O wouldn't just replace your locks. You must fill out proper documents and be available upon replacing the lock. No accepting.
