Register over the phone the day before to try and avoid the big crowds due to the 4th of July holiday. Arrived 20 mins early and had a somewhat long wait as there were several groups that all arrived at the same time. Brought our own kayak's so the registration process was very quick and painless. After a short wait, they loaded up our kayaks and took us to the start of the 6 mile trip. Getting into the water was easy but the launch needs some work as it is worn and uneven which was a bit of a hazard walking to the water. The river itself was great, water level was low so there were several spots of our kayaks hitting rocks and bottoming out but that is not the livery's responsibility. Once we arrived back to the livery, getting out and back to the car was quick and painless. River was full of inner-tubers in big flotillas but was easily navigated on a kayak.

Never been before. They donβt answer the phones. We got in a pick up truck with a guy and it smelled so much like cigarettes that it made me sick. When we got to the launch point he just took our tubes out and left. We walked to the launch point and had to figure out how to get them to go. We kept running into the banks and got stuck many times.

Tiffany helped us to the river. Was super sweet and talked about how amazing the river was and was not wrong. Had a great time!

Yes, as stated above, we were there 3 weeks ago and got a cooler tube. I recommend a reservation and tell them then that you want a cooler tube also
You can get in over at fort Lauren for free
They have camp sites available at the main location. As far as I know they do not do overnight trips. But you can set up camp then head out on the river, camp and do again the next day.
No they are not
No they do not sorry
I'm pretty sure anyone can tube
If you turn on Haut of Sherman Church SW which Haut turns in Downing St there is a house that sells firewood. It's before the KOA camp ground. Before Bearcreek.at KOA . Between Rushed and Downing. It's closer to Sherman Church
Just went last week. The 6 mile kayak (sit on or sit in the same rate) trip is $27.00. I think a canoe rental is a couple bucks cheaper. Not sure about the longer trips. Hope this helps. I believe they have a website too.
