Tried this little place a week or so ago during our visit to Joseph. The wait time for our food was very, very long due to the large number of customers. In addition, the fried chicken was overcooked. However, the prices were reasonable and the bathrooms were clean.

They have some salads and steak but they do not follow GF protocol so if you are super sensitive I would try other places. I am celiac and have tried all the restaurants in Joesph & Enterprise. The Dog Spot and Embers both have GF options and follow GF protocol especially if you tell them to make sure it is GF! The stubborn mule has salads, steaks, etc nothing specifically GF but if you tell them they are pretty awesome. Terminal Gravity also has GF and Vegan options. Range Rider and The Blythe Cricket do not follow GF protocol although the Blythe Cricket does have some GF options at least in the dessert case.
