The roads are filled with huge pot holes. They fill them in every now and then, but never all at once and it just makes the road worse. And they have a lot of abandoned trailers there that are HUGE eye sores for the neighborhood.

Unfortunately they don't seem to respond to phone calls. Normally they are in the office the first week of the month during summer months. I used to have their email address but can't find it. I do know lot payments get sent to hermitage, PA.
