I had the displeasure of working with Danielle Hansen in the temp department. She was responsible for filling a position with the property management office of the building my psychological practice is located. My office manager was only part time and really needed a full time position so I referred him to the property management office and was hired. She said she would assist me in getting someone in quickly to cross train with my departing office manager. My expectation was for applicants that had medical experience as this is close enough for me. I did not expect a pool of applicants with psychological experience as that is 2 niche. She sent me 2 applicants, one with retail and one with travel experience. I posted an ad on indeed and got a pool of very acceptable applicants. Danielle appears to enjoy gaslighting clients as she insistent that these applicants were perfectly acceptable but she understood that I needed the perfect fit. No lady I need someone who has at least tangential experience to what I do. Danielle is very gross, unprofessional and non collegial. Avoid this agency and post on indeed

I echo the comments of others who have had a bad experience with this place. Have been applying to multiple positions I am qualified and over-qualified for. Had a recruiter (Cait K) reach out to me saying "I am across your resume in the system and wanted to see if you were interesting in finance". Mind you - I don't have a finance background, but have performed financial responsibilities within my other contracts jobs. I emailed her request (which happened to ask for my resume again; which I found very odd). Didn't hear back in days. When I called - she had no idea what the email was about. Requested that I re-forward the email back to her because she has been "busy" The response I received shortly after was "appreciate the resume, but I would not be your best resource". If that was the case - why you would you even reach out to me in the first place if you allegedly reviewed my resume. Waste of time and 100% recommend others reviewing this to pursue other agencies.
