I had a great experience at Bay State Physical Therapy in Ipswich. I went in with major pain and immobility in my left shoulder and left, six weeks later, without pain and with full mobility. Kristen is both attentive and knowledgeable. She used the exercises she assigned not only to improve my condition but also to better determine what exactly was wrong with my shoulder. The front office staff was easy to deal with when setting up or changing appointments.

Heather and Nick helped me with my recovery and I couldn't be happier. I started seeing results after a very short period of time because of the program they put together. They are very professional, have created a great atmosphere to get therapy in, and are top notch. I would highly recommend Heather and her team if you have any physical therapy needs!
