The staff treats their participants like 2 year olds who need constant supervision and their food at meal time is not very good. Usually it's cold overcooked, and tasteless, no flavor whatsoever. And it's not eye appealing, every thing on the plate at times is the same color; white fish, white mashed potato, cauliflower. The doctors don't listen to your problems and don't communicate well with specialty provider's pertaining to prescriptions I am taking and not taking and any other pertinent information the doctor may need. Sometimes Summit forgets to cancel my transportation provider on a day when I call in sick. So they show up anyways only to be sent away. I end up calling the transportation company myself to avoid them having to come get me for nothing. That would be a waste of their time. Summit is a good place If you have Dementia or Alzheimers, but I don't and therefore I get nothing out of the program.
