WORST bus ever !!! The seats were so congested with rusty interior. HORRIBLE service !!! I would never take this bus even if I received a free trip! # trip from NYC to Baltimore

My son and I bought tickets to travel from New York City to Washington DC on feb/24 at scheduled 2:30 PM. We arrived 15 mins early at the specified place and waited for the bus until 3 PM. The bus simply did not show up. We called coach run and were told that the bus had come by at 2:37 PM. That is simply untrue, there is no way that the two of us would not have seen a bus stop at the pick up place (7th Ave and 37th St W). As it was we were left stranded in NYC by this irresponsible bus company.
