Bathroom is extremely hot like the air is not on in the building. The cashier was very rude and unprofessional. They're icy machine is down. They don't have mayonnaise but yet there's mayonnaise on my sandwich. All drinks are flat. All drinks also are nasty tasting. Cookies were rock hard! There is ripped up flooring sitting on a table. There is flashing lights witch can be a trigger for seizures and it's unconvenient for people with epilepsy. Walls are unfinshed and disgusting. Very disappointed!

Gotta be honest, the drive thru has many deep pot holes. There is a sign on the front door that will make you giggle about them being short staffed. It was quite a wait for my food but it was incredibly worth it! I attempted to call the store to tell them how happy and pleased i was. I have eaten at burger kings all over and i tend to get the same sandwich every time. I was super impressed and will go out of my way to return to this location that is over an hour away from my residence!

Service can greatly improve but I do think they are trying their best to provide the best customer service. Only feedback would be to improve the drive thru cement driveway as there are a lot of potholes. Also, I’m not a fan of having to order at the drive thru and then pulling around to have my food dropped off at my door. Oh well, just hope this experience gets better over time.

Worst experience ever! Ordered through the drive thru and specifically told them NO lettuce on a burger and extra salt on fries. They heard me and repeated my order also asked for 2 cokes with the meals. I get my order after I wanted it fresh just to get home and find out there is LETTUCE on the burger, FRIES ARE COLD, COKES are watered down and the service was horrible in general. Only 2 ladies working and it’s like their deaf and can’t take the order correctly. No line just me and I’m blown. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
