The team at Computer Repair Doctor were efficient about my laptop repair. They fixed my laptop at an affordable price, and they were very communicative and transparent about the status of my device. I brought in my laptop for a windows bug fix. I told owner my files were in a folder called "data" in my c-drive. I had all my data saved to the main c drive. They Deleted all my files and destroyed 3 years worth of work before checking the main drive. I am in total shock of the incompetence of this establishment. They said they were used to people saving in my documents folder. Never in my 25 years of work has someone overlooked a c-drive back up.. Extremely hurt and disappointed. Be very careful and make sure to back up your work before repairing anything here. I rarely post reviews but this one really hurt.

Computer Repair Doctor provided excellent service. I brought my laptop in for repair. Delonte, the rep who waited on me, was courteous and informative. They were very transparent providing me with upfront details about what the potential issues were and approximate costs involved. Fortunately after their diagnostic tests, my laptop required only minimal attention which CRD promptly attended to without cost beyond the initial diagnosis fee. I had my functional laptop back in my possession the very next day.

Yes, If the issue is not related to a broken display, we can repair it. However if the display is broken, it would not be repairable for an economical price.
It took me 20 minutes to get to the computer store excellent customer service and well knowledgeable at what I was asking.

You can always bring it in and we would be happy to take a look at it for free, but with a device like that it is hard to guarantee that we can fix it.
