My Mom had her car broken into and all her cards stolen , She then went to report this to the police and the guy at the front desk was very rude and uncooperative just cause she was talking a little "loud" to him. I'd say if you got a problem you're better off fixing it you're self even if these guys get paid way to much money when they don't do anything to help at all.

Would love to give this place 0 stars, waited over an hour just to file 1 report, for a proof of address. Apparently only 1 person/officer can take down notes to put together a letter. All the while administrative staff sits behind a glass chit chatting about nothing work related.

Yep they could care less ab people.
They are not arresting for "Freedom of Speech". It's called 1st Amendment "Antagonizers" getting arrested for disturbing the peace. There's "Freedom of Speech, but then there's something called common sense. The cops have it. You and your fellow antagonizers don't.
Yes you SHOULD be able to. But I have been harassed by woonsocket cops just for sitting in a public area "too long".
I was recently told if an officer can here whats going on from 100' away it is too loud.
