Friday May 27 -Large order of 9 meals The food was not ready at agreed time of pick up and the order was given two hours in advance. The order was missing syrup, a side of bacon, and appropriate functioning cutlery. The lettuce in the salads was brown and some of our food was cold. When I called to make the order I asked if the staff at the time could handle the large order or if they would rather we order somewhere else. I inquired as to their staffing because it seemed the manager was unaware of how the online ordering works for his location. I tried to place the order online and had issues and then when I asked him he had no idea what I was talking about. When I arrived on time to pick up the food they were not ready. The food was ready 10 minutes after the agreed pick up time. The dining room was empty, the lobby was full of people waiting to be seated, the hostess was behind the counter texting, the waitresses were also texting behind the counter while the food in the window piled up. The manager did nothing to step up and help the people needing to be waiting on and the entire operation seemed to be failing. This was not a good day for Bob Evans in Wapakoneta. It is questionable if we should order from here again.

This is the best Bob Evans that I have had a meal at in a very long time. The waitress was prompt and polite, and our meal came out to our table quickly and cooked to perfection. We will visit here again. Good job!!

The food and service are good, hence two stars instead of one, but the seats and carpeting need a good cleaning. Last time I was here I talked to the manager about the dirty seats and carpeting, he said it would be cleaned. That was about a month ago.......
