Unbelievable.. they only take coins if they are rolled, and they won’t let you use the tubes to roll them in the lobby anymore. They keep making it harder and harder. This branch nearly made us miss our closing on a house, due to refusal to provide documentation on account history required for loan underwriting. After going back and forth and wasting time and days, we found two other branches that not only agreed to do it, they also stated it's very common. The person that answered and helped us in person refused that and claimed the other banks are breaking Wells Fargo Policy. Terrible service and frustrating experience. Do yourself a favor and find another branch with more helpful and knowledgeable employees.
