What a GREAT city-owned RV Park. Right on the creek and loads of trails all around but within walking distance of all that Golden has to offer. The park itself is very well maintained and sites are reasonably level. In the summer months you can only book two weeks at a time and reservations can only be made 90 days in advance, so plan accordingly. Staff is very friendly. Great stay!

Only stopped here to dump our RV, but it's located right next to a creek greenway which is nice. The staff was very friendly and helfpul.

Great location for visiting Golden area. Right on bike path to Denver, next to creek for tubing, hikes near by, and can walk into downtown Golden.

They do a lottery for long term stays. You have to fill out an application. It's not easy to get in there long term.

It's a small RV park so you need to make reservations in advance. Very well worth it though
They do offer month ro month but it is on a first come first serve basis. You basically have to show up when one of the month to month renters are leaving
Definitely want to call ahead this time of year.
I was just there, 06/15/2019. We reserved a tent space for next week, but as of today, the park was full. I'd call them to find an opening.

My understanding is that they do not allow stays of more than two weeks so that more people can use and enjoy this facility owned by the City of Golden

It's on their site but I believe summer months the limit is 2 weeks but they have monthly rates from September to May.
There's a 2 week maximum stay from May-Oct
Maximum stay is 6 months October through April. Otherwise max stay is 2 weeks.
