Simple, clean and during my visit, almost empty! So vastly different from the insanity of the major airports I've spent my time in at NYC. A good less busy option if you need to get up to Cape Cod (using a car the rest of the way) if you don't want to chance missing a fast Ferry from Boston to Provincetown. Note: deplaning involved those steep outdoor ramps and walking along the tarmac between cones, likely a challenge for anyone with a wide wheelchair, otherwise okay and pretty accessible.

Such a clean, quiet, nice looking little airport with nice people around. Cape Air and Nantucket Airlines operate out of the terminal and JetBlue seasonally. TSA was a breeze

Not a shuttle service, but there is a scheduled bus that runs from the airport to the transportation center and then on to Boston.
