It seems to me the worst place to buy food. I had an experience where I witnessed racism, disrespect, and mockery. When my sister, her husband, and I arrived at the place through the drive through, the one who made the orders asked us for the code; the coupon only had tenders and bone in, since we didn't understand she started yelling at us. At the window she looked at it and left to laugh at us in the back with her coworkers, which we realized because we heard her scandalous laughter. Then she returned with the order and began to speak in a tone that was too loud and to treat us as if we were dumb because at the time of paying, she told us "come on, come on, move" while who constantly repeated the amount and made gestures as if we did not understand what she was trying to say. This kind of people should not work in the area of ​​customer service or at least they should learn to respect.

A very pleasant and kind voice came through the intercom and it really surprised my friend and I. We pulled up to the window and it was the manager at the window. On date 4/23/2022@ 7pm) forgot her name but, I want the acknowledgment to go to her. Very impressive! That’s what excellent Customer Service is all about.

Great customer service! Drive-thru line moves. Food is good! My son loves their popcorn shrimp. Did you know you can order the number on the menu as a dinner? I did not know that. I'm not a big soda drinker, so knowing this helps me out alot. Great place!

This place is the worst!!!! I just went here waited 45min in drive through and finally put my order in for 5 piece chicken fingers meal with a flounder sandwich add reg mash and reg rice and beans..... what I got a LG fries that are cold and nasty and 3 biscuits flounder sandwich and mash and rice and beans. I wouldn't recommend this particular location to anyone who enjoys this place. It will literally make u hate it. Needless to say I'm never ever giving this place another dime! The workers are rude. They posted on the window to ask for ur receipt???? And if u don't have a receipt they don't give refunds or exchanges only through management approval! Wow what a disaster 😕
