The people here are not very accommodating to people with disabilities and threaten to cut them off just for having disabilities. I don't like them and how they barely help people with disabilities. Also the homeless program cuts you off during covid even.

I must say ~ I have had dealings with a few different county Health and Human Service agencies in the state of California...and by FAR, Shasta County's office takes the cake!! The people here are so very helpful and extremely on top of things. Always ready and available to help! My absolute favorite employee here is Miss Athena Cone. If anyone gets the opportunity to meet and work with this incredible woman from Job Services, they will leave inspired and progressing towards success. No joke. Thank you to all of you at Shasta Co H&HS for all you do for us citizens here. You rock!! 😊😇🤸👍👍🙏♥️

People here have a lot of work, with little room to accommodate everyone. They have a relative hard job in my opinion, with that said, I think we all can benefit from coming in here with a good attitude!
