Unfortunately I finally ordered from this place through doordash and they let me down. It was a tofu special for 17$ through door dash and it didn’t even come with a roll. (1/2 lb of tofu(at most), a side of Mac & cheese and corn bread were the sides; no roll). I would have ordered the sandwich for less if they were going to forget to add it.

Update: I love how this place responded to my review about what "other BBQ" places do like I don't eat ate other places. This place is very full of themselves and they are way over rated. They may have been good once to get those other reviews and T.V. notice and I can only speak of my experience there that was horrible. They should do a better job for everyone if they want good reviews instead of just putting on a show for specific people. Ordered a meat special which their board says is $15.99 and yet they charged me $17.99 because I ordered brisket (beef). Maybe instead of up charging they should have their menu broken up better so people can know the prices better. Then when my food got to me the side of mashed potatoes was so small that it was in what other restaurants use as a sauce dipping cup. There was no labels on the sauce bottles they brought to the table so I had no idea what I was eating. The food is just average quality when you compare it to the chain BBQ places. This place is way over priced for what you get. I only came here because of how highly others had rated it and was disappointed.

Brisket was extremely fatty, maybe a quarter of my 1/2 lb was made up of chunks of pure white fat. This resulted in a very goopy and unappetizing brisket. I don't know if I got the last pieces from a serving container or what, but something wasn't right. Partners pork, potato salad, and mac were all fine.Hi Jake. I grew up eating BBQ fairly regularly (with relatives from/in TX) and I really enjoy this place. The burnt ends are mouth-watering. The other meats, sides and sauces are good from what I've tried. We ordered catering from here about a year ago and that went excellently, our guests seemed to really enjoy it.That's great to hear, Emily. Thank you! It's always nice to get compliments from a fellow bbq lover and hopefully we'll be serving you again soon.
