Absolutely awful. Power is out way more than it should be on Jefferson Ave. Sitting in the dark yet again... Edit: One week later and it's raining. Rain... and am sitting in the dark again. They've been out here all summer making noise, creating traffic and still haven't fixed this. So much for dinner.

I tried to figure out what time my services would be re activated as I was at home with small children. I was told it would be a few hours, and could not be given a time any earlier than 3pm. This was at 11. They were extremely rude on the phone. Very unhelpful.

Yes, there are several residential and commercial accounts that use solar powered generation. If you are interested in more information please go to our website www.naelectric.com and search for "Net Metering" and\or "Solar Program".

I have a line that is drooping to about 5 feet above the ground since Friday's storm. I don't know whether it is power or cable, nothing is effected. Who/where do I call to report it?

You can call our customer service department at 508-643-6300 and someone can help you. Also, if you have your account number you can access your account history through our online bill payment portal. Just go to our site www.naelectric.com, click "View\Pay my bill" and you can create a login to view your account.

Hello, you should go to http://www.naelectric.com and click on pay my bill. This takes you to the proper site where you are not charged to pay your bill online. Please avoid sites like doxio that charge these unnecessary fees

Is a deposit required for new service ?

Deposit are required for residential and commercial accounts if they do not own the property. If you own the property, where you are establishing new service you will not need to pay a deposit. For any other questions please call out office at 508-643-6300 for more information.
