Absolutely awful. Power is out way more than it should be on Jefferson Ave. Sitting in the dark yet again... Edit: One week later and it's raining. Rain... and am sitting in the dark again. They've been out here all summer making noise, creating traffic and still haven't fixed this. So much for dinner.

I tried to figure out what time my services would be re activated as I was at home with small children. I was told it would be a few hours, and could not be given a time any earlier than 3pm. This was at 11. They were extremely rude on the phone. Very unhelpful.

Just go to our site www.naelectric.com, click "View\Pay my bill" and you can create a login to view your account.

Deposit are required for residential and commercial accounts if they do not own the property. If you own the property, where you are establishing new service you will not need to pay a deposit. For any other questions please call out office at 508-643-6300 for more information.
