customs will point their fingers at usps. usps will point their fingers at customs. if your package is with customs....it's with customs. don't fall for their tricks.

My package has been in customs NY for 2 months. How does this happen? I reordered my package and the retailer sent another. So anyway it's in customs same place now. I guess I should assume I'll never receive it. Apparently it seems nobody actually does their job at this location. Probably on their phones all day and get away with it.

That sounds like a scam to me dear!

Along with a passport is a NYS department of motor vehicle enhanced non driver Id acceptable for entry into Canada

If you have a passport, then you wouldn't need the other ID. You would need the passport to cross borders, your non-driver ID would work as a simple identification tool once in Canada but for legal altercations one would assume you would use your passport.

I had 6 boxes of personal belongs coming to Chicago from Italy. All were opened, 30% of stuff missing, some clothes were wet, animal urine smell, clothes stain. I reported to the US Post Office. What should I do?

Nothing!! The NY customs services is an organized mafia!! I moved from France to Chicago. Just as you, all my boxes were "searched" and a lot stolen!! If you do not have a detailed list with every single thing listed on it, don't bother. You'll never see your belongings again.

Am I able to board a cruises ship, as a Canadian citizen with a NEXUS CARD GOING ..... LEAVING NY TRAVELING BACK INTO CANADA. NEW ENGLAND AND EAST COAST OF CANADA AND BACK TO NY. I DO NOT HAVE A PASSPORT.
