I love this store!! At first I was put off by the location but don't be! The store manager Robert is amazing and so is his whole team! I've fallen for the O.pen and how smooth the hits are and their different sales and deals. And the Medical side edibles are a great price for potency and the Blueberry DOSD tastes great! Don't waste your time on rec if you need edibles for pain etc. Get your med card and save tons!

This dispensary (with which I was a “member”- meaning that I had chosen them as my dispensary and had assigned my plant allowance to them) sold me a topical product (that will last me at least 6 months based on my past usage) that had an expiration date only 5 weeks away. Once I discovered this, I did NOT open the box nor the product, and I attempted to exchange it for the same product but with a longer date until expiration. Not only did they tell me that all of their product was from the same lot with the same expiration date (without even looking at a computer or their on-hand inventory), and that there was no sense in making an exchange, but when I then requested a store credit, they made up some story about "not being able to accept returns of THC products" due to State law (which based on my research is not true). If this is how they treat a "member", I'd suggest staying away from these folks.

Terrible customer service bud tenders had an attitude and were really rude. My buddy and I came in two medical patients but they made us use different bud tenders and forbid us from talking to one another. This isn’t a policy in the state as we frequently shop at other dispensary together without issue. Even after we didn’t speak bud tenders were short with me, didn’t answer questions and overall terrible experience.

Let me start by saying everyone that was helping me was very kind but unfortunately I did have to wait 25 minutes for them to figure out how to enter me into flowhub for medical. They also did not offer me any type of discount for the inconvenience even though I did let them know they have to find my profile in the system and enter my new medical card number. I don’t mind helping out but I then was told I could not use my industry discount even though I had my expired badge and the receipt showing that I did in fact RENEW it. Maybe some software and customer service training. Thanks again.

They have a rewards program that adds up very quickly so yes you can get free stuff after your 2 or 3rd visit.
Regular hours. 6:45 med side and 9:45 rec.
They're pretty stringent and wipe everything down you touch. There's a huge plastic divider between you and security once you enter, and they do enforce mask wearing. They also have signs posted and the floor marked for where to stand after paying (cannabis pickup is at separate counter than register). And the exits are separate ends of the building and are one-way only.
