That girl where I picked up my order today, September 6, 2022 at 12:40pm is lazy as heck, she doesn’t wanna answer questions, I asked if someone can help me set up my macpro and she flatly said, just call customer service! She just sat there and did nothing! I was shocked seeing maybe 20 staff at least just standing there doing nothing! Go somewhere else! Maybe the Arden branch has better customer service! Apple needs to train their store staff! They’re useless!!!

Can't come in and get some help. Need to make a reservation/appointment to speak to someone to reset my airpods (bluetooth disconnecting). Was told they have an appointment in 7 days and it's shouldn't take more than 15 min. The store was mostly empty, couldn't get help when I was there?

The Customer service was Okay,! because they spoke well, They also made it seem like I was a burden, The 1st male suggested I get my phone serviced at a different location. I don’t think they made an effort to resolve my issue. A wonderful women with glasses in a personal chair had got me handled. She’s the reason for the star.

You can, but the wait is horrible. You wait to get phone analyzed, them you drop off phone & wait a few hours til they actually work on it. I would suggest you go to the kiosk near the store.. Quality service without the wait or cost.

Apple will be able to help reset the device, however you will be at a standstill until you have the previous user sign out of the device via iCloud account. If the phone is erased and the user was still signed in then the phone will go into activation lock.
