I love this place I call it home. It’s a wonderful place to meet new people That enjoy doing the same thing You do and that is skiing. In the fall it has beautiful foliage. When you get to the top of the mountain you also get a spectacular view of Mars Hill and beyond.

Yes there is they opened up a couple weeks ago
They do rent equipment, Stephen is right. 25.00 for a full set of rental equipment (skis, boots, poles, helmet or snowboard, boots, helmet), 15.00 for partial equipment rentals. On Wednesday it's usually 10.00 for a full rental set, 5.00 for partial rental set. ½ day prices don't usually change on rental sets, only on tickets.

Bigrock is a ski area. And will be open Christmas eav. Closed Christmas day. And open again for entire week after Christmas day. Normal operation hours will follow this holiday week.
