This facility is the most incompetent facility. They do not return calls, they are rude, the are not knowledgeable and they do not seem to care about their clients. My husbands CPAP was broken and not recording data per Westgate-- yet when a replacement was declined for not being compliant-- they won't help resolve it? They are telling me a broken machine showed no use of machine-- this makes zero sense! Let's hope patients with apnea don't croak in the middle of the night. I would give it a ZERO and advise to run the other way!

I have tried multiple times to get in touch with Gloria E, left many messages over the past month trying to get a wheelchair for my mother. She never returns calls, and never answers the phone. I call and ask for someone else, i get transferred to her voicemail. I went into the store, i was told she was out and no one else could help me??? Went to Foley Medical yesterday and came out with a chair for my mom. i do NOT recommend.

I have been waiting for a head gear from Westgate since November. I have called repeatedly and been assured that it will go into the mail tomorrow. Never happens. When I call to check, they tell me it is waiting for me in Hyannis to be picked up, when I have told them I am 1600 miles away. It's not lack of workers, it's lack of training or lack of interest. They used to be fairly decent. Never again.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helped me save money with a better product for less money. As the sign says on the door, be patient we are under staffed, like most businesses these days. Highly recommended for your medical needs
