AJ is an amazing salesman! He took the time to explain everything about the car I wanted and made sure I loved the car before we talked numbers. He made me feel seen and actually listened to what I wanted. I was informed throughout the entire experience what was going on and never felt like I had been “forgotten” about or that I HAD to buy a car if the numbers didn’t work. After the sale was finalized, he spent extra time, above and beyond, helping me to set up my phone to my new car. I dealt with 2 other dealerships, during my most recent car buying experience, and AJ treated me like a friend, not a number or a dollar sign. I’m glad that Bertera had the car I wanted because they deserved my business. Where other dealerships failed me, AJ and Bertera succeeded and excelled. I would highly recommend checking them out and if AJ isn’t available Jacob is pretty great too.

Called twice for my 50,000 mile routine check up. Was told I’d get a call from a supervisor to set it up because it’s part of the tires for life program. Never got a call and I’m now 700 miles over my check up. Which according to the tires for life program they give 500 miles over. Maybe that’s how they do business. Guess I’ll do my own service. Won’t buy another truck from them.
