I’d hate to experience any Hardee’s worse than this one. I’d give it zero stars if it would let me. Terrible service, terrible food. If you want your order to always be wrong, to pay for food that you didn’t actually get, or be given gravy SOUP for your gravy biscuit, this is the place for you. I could keep going forever about this place. 👎🏼

Where should begin.....1st,if a customer pays xxx amount of dollars for good food and service that's what we as customers should get....Know need to elaborate on that,that statement should be self explanatory. The drive through is the worst I've ever seen in all my years of going to Hardee's. You literally have to wait atleast a minimum of 30 minutes to get your food which would be COLD by the time you get it......On top of getting cold food for waiting so long,you may not get what you ordered or have missing items to say the least....smgdh....Now on to breakfast.....I'm not sure who makes the gravy for the "biscuits/gravy" but that is unacceptable. The gravy shouldn't be WATERED down like it is. I've been to several different Hardee's and I'VE never seen anything like this. This particular location has gone down in food quality,drive through experience and customer service....Yall gotta do better!!!!!
