Went to location. Two workers working. Manager sitting down doing some training with 3rd employee. 10 people in line. I only had to get a paper notarized. When it was my turn the counter person asked if I could stand in the middle of the room. I said ok, the lady behind me also had a letter to get notarized. She was also asked to wait in the middle. The employee continued to wait on people behind us. I told him I have waited behind 10 people and he is waiting on people behind me. The manager was just looking emails on the computer with 10 people in line looks up and tells me if I don't like it I can go somewhere else. Worst they got my money this time but never again. Buyer beware. They do not care about you or your buisness. Worst customer service anywhere.

This place is a RipOff. I just needed some Medical Reports scanned and put on a thumb drive, as my printer at home doesn't seem to be able to work today. They tried to charge me $24 for 24 pages and when I complained they reduced it to $12. I'll never go back. I'll buy a new printer before I let them overcharge me again.
