Every business gets to set it's own rules on how to treat their customers. This business has the rule that you must ask for the key to use the restroom. I walked into the restroom without noticing the sign that I needed to ask for the key. The restroom was opened so I thought nothing of it and went in. As I was doing my business, I heard a knock. I said just a minute. The response from a female staff member was "Hurry up! You do not have permission to use the restroom and there is a line to use it!" Well from what I can see Valero associates with these type of business owners which have NO clue on what good customer service is. My family and I will stay away from this place as well as Valero Gas Stations. I DO NOT recommend stopping for gas here. Many other places far better than this place.
