In short, if you are a flex driver and on a tight schedule be wary of DLT3 but if you have a little extra time around your schedule this place is much more secure and organized. I really liked the "one scan" stickers and big bags they have but I'd still count your packages just for extra measure. As a flex driver for almost 3 months I've been to other warehouses with completely different procedures. You have to do everything on their time and they herd all the flex drivers together like we are a fleet. They give you only ten minutes to load packages so no organizing. If you want to organize you'd have to go somewhere else for that unfortunately. Not all flex drivers are on the same level so they kind of bottleneck the process here. As a flex driver I usually have a great sense of freedom during loading, and I move quickly on my own, but at this location the way they do it makes you feel forced so I didn't have that same vibe as I do at others. I don't know if this is a temporary thing for them if they just started flex delivery or something but I like other locations with ID scan and then app tells me what cart to grab, doing everything myself my way is what I love about flex.
