A large tree fell on our rental house "removing" much of the front quarter of the building and pulling down the power lines. We contacted ServePro of South Durham for help. Within 24 hours the house was enclosed, made waterproof and secure by their crew. We subsequently hired them to do the repairs which were extensive including reconstruction of two exterior walls, siding replacement, the roof and damage to the interior. That effort was led by Matt Gurczynski of ServePro. The work was done well, in a timely manner and within the budget provided by our insurance company. Matt kept us updated on the progress of the work, kept it moving along and addressed unexpected (new) code changes quickly. The finished repair work more than met our expectations and we are very pleased with Matt's leadership and with the outcome. We would not hesitate to use ServPro again.
