Been to this business several times. At my best guess the owner / service provider gentleman isn't the friendliest, but he does the job well which requires variety of skills. I'm at this business to get these services, not smiles. In terms of mask mandates, love it. He may have family members who could be immuno compromised or vulnerable group, so during this pandemic whether it's over or not, they can mandate their requirement like any other business.

I've been using this location for 5 years and they are always polite and helpful! I also wanted to add that it is ridiculous for people to think it is their job to bring boxes into their store and also the the dolly insurance response is totally legitimate! I used to work at postal center and if you fall with dolly it's the establishments responsibility to cover costs!

If I could leave zero stars I would. We have been to this business for several services for both professional and personal needs. The staff almost always has a bad attitude and are lunatics about masks. We needed documents notarized, but were refused service because we were not wearing masks. They only require masks for their notary service. All other services did not require the customer to wear a mask, and yet there is no difference in proximity to the customer, or handling items from the customer. I will never step foot in their establishment again.

I’m surprised this establishment is still open for business. I had an interesting encounter with an older “gentleman” who I think is the owner. I had some boxes in my car to ship but they were heavy, and given the peak hours all nearby parking were full so I had to park near Harris Teeter. I walked in and politely asked for a dolly to bring my heavy box, to which he replied to me that customers aren’t allowed to use their dolly due to insurance liability. He didn’t even offer to bring the box himself. I guess he didn’t need my business then. The blank expression on his face clearly demonstrated his unprofessionalism! Now, after reading all these negative reviews, I’m glad he didn’t allow me to give him my business! LOL

Im fairly sure they do but i dont think they come everyday so if its a rush may want to go elsewhere
