This store has really gone down hill. Waited two hours for my order. Called 3 different times. Finally called and canceled my order because I had to find something else for my kids to eat and get them to bed. The driver named Blake said he knocked on the door and nobody answered, which never happened because my dog didn't bark at all. Won't be ordering from here again.

An 82 yr. old home bound elderly wanting to order a favorite pizza from Papa Johns and has been getting a senior discount routinely is now told he can no longer have a senior discount unless he comes in to pick it up. Carry out only. It's very sad that this store doesn't want to take care of the elderly and not to mention the risk involved with Covid during this pandemic, knowing the elderly are more susceptible and many home bound and have no way to "carry out". Very sad to be denied a favorite by Papa himself.

Person working the register could not be heard over the TV and acted like he didn’t have a clue what he was doing so that was the start to a bad situation. There was a female cleaning the hoods of the ovens while they were busy mind you this was at 6:30 7:00 PM and she is really spraying cleaner over the top of the food they did have hats on but no hairnets and there was a female behind the counter wearing a mid drift tank top tied at the waist that had no sign of being an employee but she was walking around the kitchen. I address this with the kid behind the counter who had no clue what to do so I asked for a manager, he sent the girl into an office area & apologized. Was a very young crew, & may need some retraining. Food was ok, but lacking in other areas.

Good people working there. Upgraded from 3 stars to 5 stars. Better staff, better service. Pizza itself is very good.
