I am not sure what to make of this place. Brought my bike to them for service. Nobody for service. 2 people inside the store - asked if I could purchase the oil and filter and do it myself. Nobody for sales. I have no idea how they make any money? How are they in business?

Well, although they know what they're doing when it comes to servicing the bikes, however, their consumer service needs a lot of work! I lost my whole day waiting for them to do my annual service and inspection. I'm not the only one either! They had quite a few complaints from unhappy customers. Your best bet is to leave your bike there to be serviced, them pick it up another day! They WILL make you wait!

I bought my 2017 Ducati Monster here. Then I got the 2021 Ducati Monster…Great service by Shehan and the crew, the owner(previous) not so good. Now they don’t have Ducati service anymore! Disappointing

Please respond to the voicemails or emails! At least put a notice out that you are fully booked or whatever your reasons are for not responding. Poor service

Hey! Yes we have plenty of helmets on display. We do have KTM accessories as well
From what I know yes to Aprilias. Not sure about the pick up service.
We have stepped up our cleaning service to disinfect all of our fixtures and surfaces, all of our staff wear masks, and hand sanitizer is available at all points of purchase. If you are still uncomfortable we will deliver goods to your car or ship them to you. Was there something you had a particular interest in?

Hey Jose! We are a BMW franchise! Our labor rates are posted in the shop maintenance is billed at the same rate of hours as any other franchise BMW store

Service department is open from 9am to 5 pm, sales are open til 9pm. Monday thru Friday. Saturday service until 1pm, sales until 6pm.
