This was my first time coming by recommendation from my brother I came in at about 12:40 On July 6th and there was a line to the door so I waited in line until about 12:55 to place my order. After I placed an order for a steak and cheese they sent the order in the back to be made I paid and went and sat down to wait for my food. As I waited I ate an amazing chocolate chip cookie until they brought out a sandwich at about 1:09 the sandwich was a grilled chicken which I told them quickly was not what I ordered and the guy quickly apologized gave me that one for free and went and remade me a new one that came out at 1:18 Not a big fan on the wait time but understandable with how busy they were and the customer service was amazing

I waited almost 40 minutes for a sandwich which wouldn't have been that big of a deal but no one was following the 6 feet "rule" and it was very crowded wall to wall people. The crew wasn't all wearing masks and the gentleman cutting the meat kept wiping his nose and didn't change gloves or mask just wiping snot and cutting meat🤢...I ended up definitely NOT getting a sandwich. *Nice reply Goodcents, do you even read the review??
