Went there about 20 minutes ago. Awful experience. The drive through guy gave me a cup full of ice instead of my drink and proceeded to forget my cheeseburger that I paid for too. I’m pretty sure he was on something. Bad location. Better to drive 5 minutes to a better one.

I only come to this location at a specific time. Between 2pm-6pm there’s an amazing staff of young adults who are always quick, efficient, kind, and well mannered. They never mess up my order and are some of the only employees at any lincoln McDonald’s location I see with smiles on their face every time they hand me my order. Next time I come through I will be sure to get their names so they can get the proper recognition they very much deserve. If you guys are reading this, just know you have an amazing work ethic that some older people will never master. It is not unnoticed and very much appreciated!

This is the worst McDonald's location. The manager is very racist and they always disrespect me. I told her I'm going to call the customer service and the corporate office and she told me that she doesn't care and to go ahead and talk to anyone I want. She knows the management or the owner won't do anything or probably they just going to give us a free sandwich. So I reported that to customer service a few times and they just keep sending me some coupon. I don't need the coupons. I just need to be respected as a human and they have stop sending to the customers coupons for being humiliated and getting treated based on their race, instead, they need to give the McDonald's staff more training about respecting customers. The free food it's not going to be the best solution to make the customer satisfied. I am very sure the policy for McDonald's isn't free food for disrespecting customers
