Had an appointment for 11:30 a.m. showed up at 11:25 a.m. with money in hand to buy the car I had spoke with the salesman about the previous day. I get there early and they're already showing the car to someone else and letting them test drive it and I'm standing there with money in my hand trying to buy the car and they sell it to the other person first. Horrible business practice. Salesman didn't even care.
