Purchased a vehicle, paid cash, 5600. Of course it was "As Is No Warranty." So it was really a gamble, but you test drive it and you hope that the person selling is of good character. Nevertheless, after 10 days the transmission started acting up. $3450 dollars later and now we have a working vehicle. These guys are selling junk cars and they know it. I will never shop there again, and I will do my best to inform people they shouldn't trust them either. You stink Appalachian Motors.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. They will fine you over $800 if you are late just once on paying them. None of it is applied to the amount of car payment. They will also mess your payment dates up and make you pay earlier than you should and threaten to repo your car. The man's name who is the owner I'm assuming is Scott. He isn't a good person. They take advantage of people who are already struggling. They do not care for the customers. The worst dealer I've ever come across. Save your money and time. Go elsewhere but here!!!

No, Wouldn't buy from here anyway. Worst dealer in Asheville. Multiple vehicle returns cause they were lemons. I did, plus some of my friends.

DO NOT BUY HERE ! I BOUGHT A LEMON THAT HAD HIDDEN FRAME DAMAGE,BUT I WASNT MADE AWARE OF IT. THEY JUST POLISHED IT UP AND PASSED THE PROBLEM ON TO SOMEONE ELSE,EVEN AFTER TELLING ME THEIR MECHANIC LOOKED IT OVER...SO I GUESS ITS SAFE TO SAY,THEY DEEMED IT SAFE ,BASED ON SOME SHADE TREE MECHANICS WORD,OR ELSE JUST SOLD IT ANYWAY,BUT I CAME CLOSE TO GETTING KILLED IN IT AND HAVE ALREADY PAID MORE THAN ITS WORTH AND THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO COP AN ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME FOR EVEN BRINGING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION...SO..IF THEIR REPUTATION IS WORTH THE COST OF ONE VEHICLE...SO BE IT! I WOULDNT BUY A WHEELBARROW FROM HERE IF THEY OFFERED FREE FOOD FOR A YEAR WITH IT . THIS PLACE AND THEIR ETHICS SUCK !!!
