Pharmacy is the worst very rude and unprofessional!!!! I will stop getting my kids and I prescriptions there for now on, they don't care anyways!!! 😡

I would not recommend working here. Out of all the jobs I’ve had this has to be the most unprofessional workplace. You will be working with adults who feel comfortable enough to talk badly about managers & pharmacists in front of you. I have been told by a leading pharmacist that “we can’t function here unless we vent about people”, and that we shouldn’t tell others if we speak badly about them when they’re not at work. You will unfortunately have to keep asking the same questions due to the fact that they “don’t have the time” to train you. Also be aware that they keep photos of your drivers license on the iPad which anyone can get access to.

To be fair, typically the pharmacists/techs at CVS Fishkill are polite as well as at the pickup window. Today, because of a problem on the CVS website, I had to call CVS and spoke to a "Dana". Well, apparently I wasn't going quickly enough for Dana and she asked me to "move it along". I filled out a complaint with CVS customer service, as well as her supervisor Chris Duffy. It's bad enough if this was a tech, but Dana is supposed to be a professional pharmacist.
