Recently I had my 2018 Camaro SS 1LE sound system upgraded (all speakers with an amp). I was not happy with the installation and sound). I immediately called the shop and spoke with my contact Tucker. He immediately told me to bring the car back and he would redo the entire system with his best guy. I dropped the car off at 8am and pick it up later the same day. The quality of the installation met me expectations and the sound of the system far exceeded my expectations. In today's time with customer service being almost non-existent, it was refreshing to experience the service and respect that Tucker provided. Thank you

*updated..... So I had underbody lighting installed in 2021 (just under $700) at the south blvd location and I had to go back 1 month later for warranty repair red wasn't working. Took 7 weeks to get the parts and the issue fixed. Lasted 2 months then It took 11 weeks to get fixed. Then it happened a third and fourth time... each time getting longer lead times for the repair. Also half of the time I call to check on the parts ... they have no idea what I'm talking about. Fast forward to this year I go for warranty work again. This time the are saying the warranty has ran out then I point out that most of the year (1yr warranty) was spent waiting on repairs. We go back and forth then finally agree on terms. I pay for new upgraded kit (little over $400) they install for free. Not that I should have had to pay gor anything but I agree so it is what it is. Now that was in March...approximately 6-8 (april-may) weeks later I have a issue and take the car back. They say they need to order parts I call back in June, no parts ordered and now I have to go to Monroe rd location to have it looked at. Wasted 2 months. They remove the part and tell me to wait for there call. I call last week and get attitude for calling like it's such an inconvenience for them ... ignoring the fact I paid them. So now it's july17th over a month since the faulty part was removed. I have to add that both kits were provided by tint world. I have paid twice for underbody lighting and out of 1yr and a half I have only gotten about 4-5 months of usage. They do good window tint (overpriced but a good job) but I wouldn't go there for anything else. I will update whenever (if ever) they rectify the situation. I had put a review up last year for the south blvd store. Never got a response. But lots of views. ****update**** so I have changed the review from 1 to 4.5 stars. My reason is the customer service (after I got to the right person) was excellent. I was kept informed about the status of replacement parts and that there was a issue with the initial supplier. I am extremely happy with the new install and have had it for over a month. Unfortunate that I had the issues but I do believe it wasn't all on tint world. The workmanship is top notch.
